THE ALL-STAR TEAM
At All-Star we believe that the quality of a child’s education is directly linked to the teachers in the classroom. We have gathered an incredible team of educators and can’t wait for you to meet them. The passion, dedication, creativity, and joy in the classroom speaks for itself.
Teaching Staff:
Our teachers are responsible for forming curriculum, monitoring student learning, and partnering with you to support your child’s growth as an individual. Throughout the year, teachers will observe your child’s development and work to provide challenges that are ‘just right’ for them. Together our teaching teams provide an engaging, consistent, and exciting learning environment that our students can enjoy and feel comfortable in.
Support Staff:
Our teachers are supported by the Directors and a floating Teaching Aide. We believe that anyone who works at our school should be ready to jump into a classroom, so you will frequently see us reading stories, joining snack, or building block cities. Our Family Resource Coordinator leads all of our volunteers, works to advocate for families, and helps to welcome new members of our community.
Professional Development:
All of our All-Star teachers have training in pediatric First Aid & CPR. Throughout the year, our staff meets to improve their practice and gain new skills to apply in the classroom. These trainings revolve around child development, social-emotional development, classroom learning technique, and more.
